No One Will...What?

So I've always loved acting, but I've been to afraid to try out for the school play. With it being my senior year and all, I knew this was my one and only chance. The play was called No One Will Marry A Princess With A Tree Growing Out of Her Head. I know... But I tried out, made the callbacks, and ended up with the lead role. That's right, I was the Princess with a tree growing out of her head. Let me explain...

Warsitch (Sam Miller), casted an evil spell on the Princess (Me), when I was born and said that on the morning on my 21st birthday, when I was suppose to get married, a tree would begin growing from my head. So throughout the whole play, Gimlet (Aaron Baca) and I were trying to find someone who could help me and the whole time the tree was growing. (I only went through 3 during the play.) Of course we end up finding the spell to remove it and I ended up marrying Gimlet. (I'm a little tired so I don't feel like going into detail).

This year was the first year that they did a musical/comedy, which made me a little nervous, but I pulled it off. I didn't have to sing an entire solo, but I had my moments in each song. Of course, each audience was different. The first thought it was pretty funny, the second...not so much, and the last, thought it was hilarious. They were definitely the best. Which made it so much better for the cast.

I would not have traded that experience for anything. I had a blast and grew close to so many people I thought I'd never even talk to. It was awesome. I loved the people I worked with and I thank Kaye Ricks for giving me the role. Best thing ever. Here are a couple pictures...

The Big Apple.

I looooove taking these quizzes. Jessica and Heather did this one so I felt I might as well try to it. I was more than happy to get New York. That's the first place I'm going on vacation...when I get the money. So probably like, 10 years... Donations? :)
You Belong in New York City
You're the energetic, ambitious type.
And only NYC is fast enough for you.
Maybe you'll set yourself up with a killer career
Or simply take in all the city has to offer.

Uh. Now what?

So I've been addicted to this lately, even though I didn't have one until now. I always check my sisters and from there I check their friends that I know. Although I don't really feel "qualified", because I'm not married nor do I have kids, I'm going to try it out. I'm not promising I'll be good at updating or anything. But we'll see how this goes. Yeah... Well... That's all I have for now. :)
